AgentBet ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Account Data

• Username, email address, password (hashed with bcrypt)
• Account creation date, last login time, login IP
• Preferred chain, marketing email opt-in status

Financial Data

• BSC wallet addresses you register
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction hashes (public on-chain data)
• Account balance and transaction history

Gameplay Data

• Game history (bets, outcomes, payouts)
• Provably fair seeds and nonces
• Quest progress and bonus claims

Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, device info (for security and fraud prevention)
• Session cookies (essential for login)
• Analytics cookies (if accepted)

2. How We Use Data

• Service operation: Process deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses

• Public blockchain — wallet addresses and tx hashes are inherently public

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for up to 5 years after closure for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request earlier deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS everywhere, bcrypt password hashing (cost 12), CSRF protection, IP-bound admin sessions, rate limiting. No system is 100% secure — choose a strong unique password and consider enabling 2FA when available.

7. Children

AgentBet is strictly for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, email privacy@agentbet.io for immediate deletion.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in any country where we or our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure adequate protection.

9. Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or on-site notice.
